When you can cancel.When we refund.

01 · No charge

Before you pay

If you close the payment screen without completing payment, nothing is charged.

If payment failed but money left your account, Razorpay usually reverses it within 5–7 business days. If it takes longer, message us with your order number and we will help trace it.

02 · Grace window

Right after payment

For a short window after payment — while your order is confirmed but cooking has not started — you can cancel from your order page in the app. Stock is released and your refund goes back through Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

03 · Cooking started

Once we start cooking

After preparation begins, self-cancel is turned off. Ingredients are bought, vessels are on the stove. If you still need to cancel, WhatsApp us immediately — we will help where we can, but we may not always be able to refund in full.

04 · Something wrong

Wrong item, missing item, or quality concern

Tell us within 2 hours of delivery. A photo helps. We will make it right with a replacement, account credit, or refund — whichever fits the situation.

05 · Money back

How refunds are paid

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Razorpay
  • Usually within 5–7 business days
  • Change-of-mind refunds are not available after food is prepared or delivered

06 · Delivery

If we cannot reach you

If the driver cannot reach you at the address or phone number you gave us, the order may be marked delivered or cancelled. Delivery charges may not be refunded in that case — please keep your phone on and your address accurate.

Fair is fair. If we made a mistake, we will fix it.

We deliver within 5 km of Gottigere, Bangalore. Minimum order ₹149.
